Antequera opens the summer season with a program for opening night of monuments

Antequera city which is located to 45km2 north of Malaga, in a privileged place in the heart of Andalusia, offers during the summer an exciting program for opening night of its most significant monuments: the Real Collegiate Church of Santa Maria la Mayor, the Bullfighting Museum, the Bullring, the Church of San Juan de Dios and this year, it’s new the guided visit to the Natural Park “El Torcal”.

From the 7th July until the 3rd September, these monuments will be opened for free to the public on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, from 21.00h to 23.00h. Besides, for those who want to enjoy our city by microbus or in a walking tour, so that the tourists can admire in the moonlight some of its most important building, finishing every Thursday with live music blues “Moonlight” in the Escribanos square. To expand the supply this year, we include a night tour each Friday during the period of this campaign and with the same schedule as the rest of the monuments.
